我所王景占律师负责的国际贸易诈骗案 取得实质性进展

近日，我所合伙人王景占律师承办的XX国XXXX公司（简称“甲国公司”）与天津XX国际贸易公司(简称“天津公司”)进口贸易一案 得到滨海新区XX分局正式立案受理。

甲国公司因需要进口一批化工原料，于2017年8月与天津某公司达成协议，并随后按照按约定支付货款后，此后不久，天津公司失去联系。甲国公司慕名找到我所后，我所王景占律师积极展开调查了解。 通过查询工商信息及实地考察，得出天津公司在出口贸易中提供了虚假的地址信息，工商登记提供的联系方式及地址等信息也不真实，我所律师注意到该起贸易争议不是一起普通的经济纠纷，涉及到经济诈骗，属于刑事案件范畴。随后与公安局经侦大队取得联系。起初，该案因为国外，当事人公司不能亲自到公安机关陈述，其所提供的文件全为英文，案发时间较短，犯罪意图不明确，公安机关对于属于经济纠纷还是刑事案件，一时没有决定。经过本所律师多次沟通，并提供了案件的全部证据材料。最终，该案于近日得到公安机关的正式立案受理，并查封了犯罪嫌疑人的资金账户。至此，本案取得了实质性突破进展。

Recently, the case led by Mr.Wang Jingzhan, regarding an importing disputes between a XX company and a Tianjin XX international trade company, was officially placed on filing for investigation by XX branch of Police Bureau of Tianjin Binhai District.

XX company, in order to import a batch of chemical materials, reached an agreement with a Tianjin Company and made the payment as per the agreement. Not far from the payment, Tianjin company got lost. Unable to contact the accused Tianjin Company, XX company got in touch with our law firm, then the lawyer Mr.Wang Jinzhan started to investigate the case. The lawyer checked the registration information and went to the registered place, but eventually it’s proved to be face. The phone and address provided by the registration documents is not true, and the lawyer realized that it’s not only a commercial case, but also involving commercial fraud, which should be of criminal one.  

Then the lawyer contacted with the economic team of the Police Bureau. At first, the police bureau hesitate to make a decision that it’s a criminal case or only of a commercial dispute, because the victim can’t give a statement in person, all documents were written by a foreign language, it’s a short time from the happening, and the criminal purpose was not definite. The lawyer Mr.Wang come to the police station and communicated with the police many times afterwards, presenting all the evidence about the case. Finally, the case was official accepted by the police bureau, meanwhile the suspect’s bank account was taken under control by the police, by which there is a great breakthrough for this case.
