一、诉讼请求不适当improper claim

当事人提出的诉讼请求要适当，不要随意扩大诉讼请求范围；无根据的诉讼请求，除得不到人民法院支持外、当事人还要负担相应的诉讼费用。The claim made by a party to litigation shallbe proper, without randomly expanding the scope of claim; for an unjustifiedclaim, a party to litigation shall pay correspondent litigation fees, besidesfailure to get supported by people’s court.
