On March 8th, 2023, China Embassador in Netherlands, Tanjian representing China, formally submit the delcaration of joining the Convention on Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation of Foreign Public Documents which marks that China formally join the Convetion. The Convention will take effect in China since November 2023. The primary purpose of the convention is to simplify the transmit procedure and faciliate intenational business, trade and people's back and forth. To join the convention is a great meansure taken by China to expand the openness in the field of transmitting foreign related documents.
