1、 Inappropriate Imperfer Claim

The litigation requests made by the parties should be appropriate and not arbitrarily expand the scope of the litigation requests; Unjustified litigation requests, in addition to not receiving support from the people's court, the parties also have to bear the corresponding litigation costs. The claim made by a party to litigation shallbe proper, without randomly expanding the scope of claim;  for an unjustifiedclaim, a party to litigation shall pay correspondent litigation fees, besidesfailure to get supported by people’s court.
