On the afternoon of May 30, 2025, our firm held a practical experience exchange meeting with Beijing Bailun (Tianjin) Law Firm. Our founding partner and executive director, Lawyer Wang Ronggui, invited Wang Haiyang, the head of the Enforcement Business Department of Beijing Bailun (Tianjin) Law Firm, and his team to our firm to exchange and share their enforcement business with all the lawyers.



Lawyer Wang Haiyang holds a Master's degree in Law from the Central Judicial Police Academy, specializing in the fields of compulsory enforcement and disposal of non-performing assets. He has provided specialized legal services such as compulsory enforcement and debt collection for many well-known large and medium-sized enterprises, successfully helping many listed companies and state-owned enterprises solve the problem of "enforcement difficulties".



Lawyer Wang Haiyang, based on his rich experience in compulsory execution, used a mind map approach to provide comprehensive and in-depth practical experience sharing on core topics such as "finding effective execution clues", "expanding the selection of enforcement and alternative litigation paths for execution subjects", "judicial detention and refusal to execute crimes" from the perspectives of thinking patterns and methodology. He deeply interpreted the "pain points" and "breakthrough points" in compulsory enforcement cases through typical case analysis, and shared practical skills for efficiently promoting enforcement and breaking the deadlock.

Everyone expressed that the content of this business exchange meeting was practical and focused on sharing practical knowledge, which benefited greatly and was highly targeted. Through discussions, exchanges, and mutual learning, both parties have come up with many new ideas, shared ideas and practical methodologies for executing cases, and further strengthened business cooperation between law firms.



This special business exchange meeting is the 25th event of the Bo Zhuan Lecture Hall. It is chaired by the Executive Director, Lawyer Wang Ronggui, and attended by Director, Lawyer Song Lihua, Founding Partner Wang Jingzhan, as well as business team leaders, team lawyers, and intern lawyers.
